A machine shop that became an industrial partner.
Costruzioni Meccaniche C.M.V. srl has been working in the metalworking industry since 1962, founded by Brunero Bencivenni.
We carry out precision machining with advanced machine tools and CAD – CAM software, up to the supply of assembled mechanical units. Every production run is subject to quality control at each stage and to a final inspection carried out by qualified personnel.

We receive the customer's drawing, check feasibility, select the material and define the machining cycle.

CAD-CAM programming
Modelling and tool path generation, simulation and set-up of the machine best suited to the part.

CNC machining
Turning, milling, boring and 5-axis work on the ten CNC machines in our shop.

Treatments
Heat and surface treatments requested by the customer, managed and traced along the whole supply chain.

Inspection and delivery
Quality control at each stage, final inspection by qualified personnel, assembly of the mechanical unit where required, and delivery.
